How do I find my perfect fit in Rothy's?
Most of our shoes fit true to size, but some styles like The Point or The Archive may require a half-size up for a more comfortable fit. We recommend checking the specific fit notes on each product page before ordering.
Are Rothy's shoes machine washable?
Yes! One of the best things about Rothy's is that they are 100% machine washable. Simply remove the insoles, place both shoes and insoles in the washing machine, and use cold water with a mild detergent on a delicate cycle. Always air dry.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer free returns and exchanges on all unwashed and unworn shoes within 30 days of delivery. Please note that items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
